SHIPPING

Once an order is received a confirmation will be sent to your email with the order number and upon shipping, you will receive a tracking number. Orders will ship within 3 to 5 business days, please allow 3 to 12 business days for delivery.

 

RETURNS

In order to return an item, please contact us to shop@thewynwoodwallsshop.com with your order number ready.

Items may be returned within 30 days from purchase.
Items must be undamaged and in original packaging for a full refund. 

If you receive an item that is damaged in shipping, please contact us within 3 days from confirmed delivery at shop@thewynwoodwallsshop.com so that we may issue a return label.

We are unable to refund shipping and handling charges for merchandise that is not defective or damaged in shipping. Return shipping remains the buyer’s responsibility.

Refund will be credited to the original payment method.

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Customers will have success submitting claims for lost or stolen packages with the provided carrier.

The Wynwood Walls Shop is unable to offer replacements, refunds, or adjustments for successfully delivered orders.
