Shipping & Returns

Shipping & Delivery Once your order is placed, a confirmation will be sent to your inbox. Most orders ship from our Miami gallery within 3 to 5 business days. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

  • Domestic (US): Please allow 3 to 7 business days for delivery.
  • International: Delivery windows typically range from 7 to 14 business days, depending on the destination and local customs processing.
  • Delivery Estimates: All timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are unable to offer refunds or adjustments for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or customs.
  • Address Accuracy: Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are unable to reroute or refund orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly.


International Customs & Duties
Please note that eligible international orders are shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid).

  • Included Fees: Import duties, taxes, and local customs fees are calculated and included in the product total total for eligible international orders. Please note that some countries with their policies might still charge additional duties or taxes which Wynwood Wall Shop cannot charge. 
  • Final Price: The total displayed at cue for your order, and no additional customs charges should be required upon delivery.
  • Customs Processing: Delivery timeline customs clearance procedures within the destination country.
  • Refused Shipments: If a shipment is refused after delivery has been attempted, we are unable to issue a refund for shipping costs. Any refund on a refused or undeliverable order is issued for the merchandise only, less all original and return carriage.

Returns & Exchanges We take great pride in the quality of our curated collection. Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. 

  • All Sales Final: We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fit, color, or any reason other than damage or defect. Every sale is final once delivered. 

  • Domestic Returns: We accept returns exclusively for items that arrive damaged or defective. Claims must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Claims received after the seventh day cannot be honored.

  • International Returns: To maintain our global shipping standards, all international sales are final. Exceptions are made only for items damaged during transit.

  • Damaged Items: If your piece arrives in less-than-perfect condition, please email shop@thewynwoodwallsshop.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will provide a pre-paid return label (US) or coordinate a replacement resolution (International).

  • Return Authorization: Every return must be authorized by our team in advance. Items sent back without written authorization will be refused and returned to the sender at the sender's expense.

  • Condition: Authorized items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, with all tags, inserts, and certificates of authenticity intact. Items that do not meet this standard will be returned to the sender and no refund will be issued.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, and any item designated Final Sale at the time of purchase, cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstance.

  • Refunds: Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 10 business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned piece. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Lost or Stolen Packages If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at shop@thewynwoodwallsshop.com. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon the carrier's confirmation of delivery. While we are not responsible for carrier errors or theft, we value our customers and will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf to seek a resolution or recovery. Any replacement or refund is contingent upon that claim being approved by the carrier; absent an approved claim, we are unable to offer replacements, refunds, or adjustments.
