Andrea von Bujdoss, known as Queen Andrea, is a New York City-based fine artist, muralist, graffiti artist, typographer, and graphic designer. A native New Yorker raised in downtown Manhattan's Soho neighborhood, she was inspired by the urban landscape from an early age. As a young teen in the early 1990s, she befriended prolific old-school subway graffiti writers and diligently taught herself the art form, eventually developing her own distinctive style marked by bold color, design, and advanced typography. She holds a BFA in Graphic Design from Parsons School of Design. Over nearly three decades, Queen Andrea has become one of the most notable female graffiti artists in the world, with commissions from the City of New York, Wynwood Walls in Miami, leading advertising agencies, and global brands.
